106 The Edge is a two-bedroom apartment catering for a maximum of 4 persons and is situated in an apartment block at 247 Bree Street, Cape Town 8001

The apartment is about one minute’s walk from the trendy night life district of Long Street and the restaurant area of Kloof Street.

There are over 60 restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and the main attractions of the city, the company Gardens, the central shopping area including Green Market Square and cinemas are all within a 15 minute walk. There is also an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium nearby.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, each with a balcony, which can be set up as having a single king-size bed or two single beds in each bedroom. The lounge also has a balcony.

There is a DSTV hotel package which include the sports channels, the movie channels, the free-to-air channels and BBC World.

The bathroom has a bath as well as a separate shower. There is also a parking bay under the building which is only accessed via an electronic gate.

The apartment block operates 24 hour security/concierge.
